I support teams, organizations, and companies in building inclusive spaces and psychological safety by recognizing and addressing unconscious biases, systemic inequalities, and microaggressions. By combining my expertise with lived experience, I help strengthen hard and soft skills, including practicing nonviolent communication, unlearning biased patterns, becoming active bystanders, and engaging in vulnerable, human-centered, and transformative conversations. 

My professional background involves managing and leading teams, delivering international seminars on anti-discrimination and human rights, conducting policy analysis, quantitative research, mediation, and advocacy at national and international levels. 

I co-founded Ame Panzh ("Five of Us"), a Romani group of knowledge producers that launched a unique series of online discussions and published its book in 2023.
