Sheja Consulting is a partnership, a platform and a space created for collaboration. We offer human-centered learning solutions, structured and easy-to-follow knowledge, that immediately improve individuals' emotional intelligence and make teamwork more effective. We believe communication makes a difference: NVC is a magic tool that should be in everyone's skillset box.
Sheja means “girls” in the Romani language. For us, it represents the strength and solidarity of powerful Romani women. This name embodies our commitment to intersectionality, celebrating the diversity of our experiences and the power that comes from standing together.
